Every VersaCourt build starts with a to-scale layout drawing. Every dimension gets confirmed before a single tile ships.

A full 44' × 20' regulation pickleball court centered on a 60'5" × 30'1" pad — 8 ft of safe run-off on each end and 5 ft on each sideline. Two 7' × 20' non-volley zones ("the kitchens") flank the 22" Dominator net at the middle. Post spacing and receiver placement laid out to VersaCourt spec for tournament-grade play.

We poured the concrete slab to match the drawing before any tile shipped. The working drawing below is what we sent to VersaCourt for tile allocation — every color, every count.
